The article describes a clinical case of giant fibroadenoma in 13-year-old girl, whose size was 20 cm, as well brief review the scientific literature on benign neoplasms mammary glands young patients. Giant fibroadenomas account for 0.5 to 2% all fibroadenomas. In children and adolescents, ultrasound is main method diagnosing fibroadenoma. Fibroadenoma needs be differentiated from phylloid tumor, which clinically no different fibroadenoma, but at same time it has high risk malignancy.
